Job Title: Administrative Director

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to oversee administrative operations in an international corporate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supervising support staff, and ensuring adherence to compliance and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Operations: Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks for international offices.
  • Office Management: Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, vendor contracts, and supplies.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement office policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Supervision: Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to compliance and safety regulations.
  • Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and official documentation.
  • Budgeting: Manage expenses and procurement of office essentials.
  • Employee Onboarding: Handle employee onboarding, asset management, and workspace allocation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records, reports, and correspondence with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to country-specific corporate governance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in administration or facility management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Experience in handling international work environments and multi-cultural teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
