About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, consultants, and partners to ensure content meets both communication goals and accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging visuals for reports, presentations, digital publications, infographics, data visualisations, charts, icons, and diagrams.
- Develop technical reports and documents with precision, using layout, hierarchy, and brand alignment to elevate content.
- Collaborate on creating reusable brand assets and templates that maintain visual consistency across channels.
- Work closely with stakeholders to meet communication goals and accessibility standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in publishing, communications, sustainability, or consulting.
- Proven ability to translate technical or data-heavy content into clear, visually appealing design.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI) and accessible design standards is highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent layout, formatting, and version control skills.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A passion for sustainability and ethical business, with a desire to make a positive impact through design.
- Tertiary qualifications in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields. Additional training in sustainability is beneficial.
