Job Overview

We are seeking a creative professional to drive our brand's digital presence through compelling visual content and strategic social media engagement.

This role will be instrumental in developing captivating ad visuals, collaborating with directors on messaging, and working with our eComms specialist to ensure campaign performance meets our standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-performing ad creatives, experience with premium skincare brands, and proficiency in Adobe Suite and relevant video editing platforms.

Responsibilities include creating paid content, organic social media content, community engagement, and collaborative ideation.

Qualifications and experience include relevant marketing or digital marketing qualifications, at least 3 years of experience in creating effective content, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create Paid Content: Ideate and develop captivating ad visuals for Meta and other platforms that align with brand standards and drive sales, with support on messaging from directors as needed.
  2. Collaborate with eComms Specialist: Work alongside our eComms specialist, who will manage and analyse campaign performance, ensuring our paid content consistently delivers results.
  3. Organic Social Media Content: Produce impactful, brand-aligned content for organic social media to increase reach and engagement. Keep up with and incorporate trending topics to enhance our online presence and increase virality.
  4. Community Engagement: Own and grow the Synthesis community through social, ensuring you respond to comments, messages, and reviews daily, fostering a positive and engaged online community.
  5. Collaborative Ideation: Identify trending organic content ideas and collaborate on turning them into successful paid ad campaigns.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing or digital marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in creating effective, visually engaging paid and organic content including still image and video
  • Proven ability to capture audience attention and create high-performing ad creatives
  • Experience with premium skincare, spa, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury brands highly valued
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut or relevant video editing platform
  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
