Regulatory Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Services Officer to join our team in Canberra. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality advice and administrative support to the Inspectorate and Certificate management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance on regulatory services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the assurance team to ensure consistency and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate data for regulatory services reporting.
  • Support the development of standards, processes, and policies regarding regulatory services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role within a technical office environment.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of web-based business systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to research complex regulations and legislation.
