Workplace Law Professional

We are seeking a Workplace Law Professional to join our team and provide high-quality legal advice and services on workplace law matters.

The successful candidate will have expertise in employment law, compliance, termination, discrimination, investigations, and disciplinary matters.

Representing medical practitioners and practices in courts, tribunals, and inquiries is also a key responsibility.

  • Provide expert advice on workplace law issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address complex workplace law matters.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in law.
  • Demonstrated post-admission experience in employment law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
