Clinical research is the cornerstone of advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in setting up a cardiology research clinic in Burwood, Sydney.

  • Coordinate and conduct study assessments and collect data as per protocol to drive meaningful results.
  • Collaborate closely with Investigators to ensure research activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and study files to meet compliance requirements.
  • Screen subjects for eligibility and ensure recruitment targets are met to drive project success.
  • Ensure timely completion of study-related documentation and close-out activities to maintain project momentum.
  • Work alongside our national research team to establish the Burwood trials arm of research and contribute to its growth.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience in clinical trials, current GCP certification.
  • A Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
  • Strong patient management and clinical skills, including venepuncture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes

  • A background in cardiology is highly valued.
  • High computer literacy and proficiency with clinical trials software and MS Office.
