Business Development Representative - Korean Language Expert

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to take on the role of Business Development Representatives with proficiency in the Korean language. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Korean and English.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
    • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Prepare regular reports on market insights, client feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the trading team, marketing, and other departments to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
