What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class customer service and manage multiple appointments in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
Proven capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, effectively communicating across various platforms.
Experience handling complex interactions and maintaining composure under pressure, with proficiency in using digital platforms for service bookings and transactions.
