Join our team as a Cabin Crew Member

Alliance Airlines is Australia's leading fly-in, fly-out aviation provider. We specialize in the mining, energy and government sectors.

As a member of our cabin crew, you will be responsible for serving on flights supporting the resource industry, charter flights for private clients and Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) services in partnership with QantasLink.

You will have the opportunity to progress directly to a role as a flight manager where you can oversee the entire operational flow of our aircraft.

We're looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays is also required.

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-pressure customer service role
  • No visible tattoos when wearing your uniform
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Able to swim at least 50 meters without assistance
  • Eligible for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
