Job Opportunity: Training and Assessment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trainer to join our team in delivering high-impact, nationally recognised training and assessment services. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging, compliant training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs aligned with relevant training packages
  • Maintain accurate records, assessments, and reports
  • Comply with RTO policies, ASQA standards, and industry licensing requirements
  • Support RPL processes and gap assessments as needed
  • Liaise professionally with clients and participants during delivery

Requirements:

  • Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Vocational competencies and industry experience in relevant areas
  • Certifications and/or licenses where necessary
  • Ability to travel and deliver training across various locations
  • Valid driver's license and access to transport
