Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse activities, inventory management, and team supervision. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure coordinated efforts and continuous improvement in all warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal stock levels by overseeing receiving, inspection, and tracking processes.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
  • Streamline warehouse processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure full compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader capacity in Warehouse and Distribution function with exposure to inventory management, warehouse, distribution, and receival of imported products.
  • Strong background in Workplace Health and Safety, with compliance on all safety procedures and safe work practices in the workplace minimising risks to employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, including training and performance management.
  • A high-level understanding of supply chain management processes and best practice.
  • Experience with Infor M3 and CHEP software.
  • Forklift License with High Reach forklift experience.
