Warehouse Operations Manager Job Description

Our client provides communication systems to various sectors, focusing on customer satisfaction, technical competence, and quality assurance. The company will relocate to a new facility near the airport soon.

This role requires someone who can manage day-to-day warehouse operations including logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Key responsibilities include:

- Allocating duties to the logistics team based on work requirements.
- Reviewing dispatch goods receipt processes for compliance with company procedures, customer standards, and industry best practices.
- Developing strategies to reduce costs and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensuring adequate stock levels meet demands at all times.
- Creating detailed inventory reports monthly and as needed.
- Coordinating weekly review meetings to communicate issues, close orders, and complete invoices.
- Managing rental and repair processes, including dispatch and return of items, and following up on outstanding issues.
- Ensuring business compliance with safety audit requirements and developing initiatives to improve workplace safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you'll need 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, along with experience in managing workplace safety and inventory management. We're looking for individuals who can:
