Job Description

As a server, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This involves greeting and welcoming customers in a warm and friendly manner, assisting them in selecting menu items, offering recommendations when necessary, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and relaying them to the kitchen staff promptly. You will also serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that their special requests and dietary needs are accommodated.

To ensure seamless service, you will check on customers throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests. You will clear tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Assist customers in selecting menu items, offering recommendations when necessary

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergens
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
