About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team at TP Human Capital. As a pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business success and contributing to the overall strategy of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and direction to the company, ensuring alignment with long-term vision and growth objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement robust financial plans and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
  • Cash Flow and Risk Management: Manage cash flow, financial risks, and capital structure to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
  • Financial Controls and Processes: Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
About You
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, preferably within the construction or related sectors.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving financial performance and growth.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Financial Expertise: Experience in managing financial risks, investments, and capital allocation, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Qualifications: CPA, CA, or CFA qualification is highly desirable.
