We deliver quality temporary and permanent options, specialising in the Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent sectors.

This role offers an opportunity to work with a travel team for one of our clients based West of Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Confirm bookings and notify clients of luggage limits, insurance, medical, passport, visa, and currency requirements.

- Report to the Travel and Events Team Leader and collaborate with the Events Coordinator.

- Issue all relevant documentation to the client within set deadlines.

- Verify member details and credit status via the relevant system.

- Plan, prepare and cost itineraries travel plans for clients in a timely manner.

- Provide information to clients concerning local, interstate and international travel routes, accommodation, local customs and travel regulations.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in a travel software program used in the industry (Galileo and CCTE required).

- Strong problem-solving ability whilst maintaining attention to detail.

- Sound communication and organisation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure effectively while utilising time management skills.

- Sound computer skills.
