About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Admin Support professional to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors, while also maintaining the facilities in a clean and well-organized manner.

Your day will involve greeting staff and visitors, providing basic IT support, and assisting with supply ordering. You will also play a key role in maintaining our meeting and shared spaces within the office, ensuring they are tidy and well-maintained at all times.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and directing candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintaining our meeting and shared spaces, including providing support during meetings as required.
  • Ensuring shared spaces are stocked with essentials such as teas, coffee, and milk.
  • Providing administrative support to the manager and wider team.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have a coordination or administration background, with a strong attention to detail and ability to think one step ahead. You may have experience in facilities, corporate office management, or similar roles.

A few key skills we are looking for include:

  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in managing multiple room bookings.
