Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage documents and assist with office administration tasks.
  • Support the conveyancing team in achieving their goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all client interactions are positive, professional, and run smoothly.
