Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 7+ years of operational HR management experience.
  • Proven experience in Industrial Relations environments.
  • Experience within Warehouse and Logistics would be advantageous.
  • Experience leading a successful Human Resource Team.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business are desired but not essential.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult, influence, and deliver HR solutions.
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to travel to sites and interstate travel when necessary.
  • Experience working independently in an operational HR role.
  • Ability to work in a cold/chiller environment due to the nature of the business.
