About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of our clients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on strategies for independence and self-advocacy
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services

Requirements
