Senior General Insurance Business Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Client Manager or Senior Client Manager to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing and growing their own book of corporate general insurance clients.
The Key Responsibilities:- Lead client meetings for renewals and new business, delivering tailored insurance solutions
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and underwriters
- Stay current with industry trends and market movements
- 5+ years' experience in general insurance broking and business development
- Tier 1 Compliance (essential)
- A University degree or equivalent education (desirable)
- A natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels
- Confidence in navigating complex conversations and providing sound advice
- A strong team mindset, paired with self-motivation and accountability
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
