Job Description
We're seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Bedford Park. As a Casual Educator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our centres and children, providing flexible and responsive learning experiences. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements
