**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled In Room Dining Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests. This role involves serving food and beverages in hotel rooms, setting tables according to event type and service standards, and communicating with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
  • Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability.
  • Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.
