Lead Hospice Care Team as Clinical Manager

BAYADA Hospice is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead care teams delivering exceptional hospice services. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will share your vision and expertise to ensure clinical excellence and social care for patients.

This unique role allows you to develop relationships within the community, collaborate with other providers, and recruit core team members. You will also contribute to Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance activities and mentor future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical guidance and judgment to support patient and family needs.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor future hospice leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Passion for focusing on hospice care.
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams.
  • Registered Nurse, BSN or Masters degree preferred.
