Effective Door-to-Door Fundraising Strategist

Cornucopia is seeking a seasoned and motivated Door to Door Fundraising Manager to lead its established fundraising program in Melbourne or Brisbane.
The successful candidate will drive growth in the D2D fundraising program, motivate team members, and exceed daily and weekly targets. They will work closely with the Face to Face Manager to achieve team KPIs, monitor performance, provide support, and conduct training sessions.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills as a fundraiser, be trained as an entrepreneur, and understand best business practices.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in face-to-face fundraising programs
- A proven track record exceeding KPIs in fundraising or sales environments
- Ability to lead and manage fundraising/sales teams
- Positive proactive mindset and ability to inspire others
- Experience delivering training and coaching to Face-to-Face fundraisers
