Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tennis Communications Specialist to play a key role in shaping the customer experience at a world-class event.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sport and communication, to make a mark on a record-breaking event. As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading operational communication projects across pre-event and in-event phases.

You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to streamline content and manage approvals. You will also write and optimize content across formats, from digital maps and SMS to screens and guides.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading communication projects across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create engaging content
  • Writing and optimizing content for various formats
  • Maintaining consistency across all channels
  • Automating information sharing across teams and platforms

You will work closely with the Customer Experience team to craft clear and timely information for patrons across digital and physical channels.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in content creation, copywriting or communications, ideally in events or sport
  • Strong attention to detail and time management to handle multiple deadlines
  • Great stakeholder skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
  • An organized mindset, with the ability to manage projects and shifting priorities
  • 3+ years of relevant experience and preferably a degree in communications or related field
