**Financial Leadership Role**

We seek an accomplished financial leader to drive the success of our banking businesses.

As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering our finance strategy, leading team culture, developing talent, and ensuring our finance function is high-performing and value-adding.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing effective financial reporting processes that deliver timely, accurate, and insightful results.

- Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and driving continuous improvement through process re-engineering initiatives and problem resolution.

- Driving productivity agendas across our banking businesses and preparing business cases for commercial negotiations.

- Managing day-to-day operations of processes within our value chains to ensure operational outcomes, productivity targets, and cost reduction are aligned to risk appetite.
