**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Import Operator to join our team. As an Import Operator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, handling shipments from order through to departure, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all orders are processed from the order through to Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • E nsure export compliance is met for all movements.
  • E nsure full costing and invoicing are accurate for each file.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive operator who enjoys direct customer interaction. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in Import Seafreight operations, previous exposure to either air or sea Import, and demonstrated ability to maintain commercial relationships.
