Our team is seeking an experienced and creative Social & Influencer Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement on our social channels, identifying purposeful partnerships with creators, and developing compelling content that resonates with our communities.

Job Description

As a Social & Influencer Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborating with our team to create engaging and creative content that aligns with our brand tone and messaging.
  • Managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and monitoring analytics to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Identifying and partnering with influencers who can help us reach new audiences and drive sales.
  • Working closely with our customer service team to address social media inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms, including their features and best practices.
  • Strong communication and creative skills, with the ability to develop compelling content that drives results.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Meta Business Suite and Meltwater.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
