The Role

This is a permanent and full-time position with flexibility for working from home between service times. A 5-week induction program sets you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager.

  • Build strong relationships with schools and partner on school events and community engagement
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day
  • Foster fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight
  • Lead and manage a team of passionate educators
  • Ensure compliance and medical documentation are managed effectively
  • Be the connection point between our service and the school community

The Successful Candidate

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for kids
  • OSHC experience is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Experience in managing larger programs with 45+ children
  • A community-focused individual who can build relationships with local communities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude
  • A natural leader with attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about having fun
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification (e.g., teaching degrees, education support, children's services)

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum
