We are seeking an experienced Oshc Assistant Coordinator to join our team

**Job Description:**
  • Lead the OSHC service as required, stepping up into the Coordinator role with confidence and expertise.
  • Develop engaging programs using industry-leading tools, ensuring a fun and supportive environment for children.
  • Build positive relationships with the school community, representing TheirCare with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless operations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred but not essential; what's key is your passion for making a difference in children's lives.
  • A recognized qualification in teaching, childcare, or community services, with studies aligned to ACECQA standards.
  • An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state, as well as a willingness to obtain a First Aid certificate and National Criminal History Check.

**Salary and Work Details:**

Our estimated salary range is between **$65,000 - $80,000 per annum**, depending on location and experience. Enjoy a rewarding career with TheirCare, working Monday to Friday with no weekend work
