About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Boutique Manager to lead our Mt Gravatt team at Frontline Retail Brisbane. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, inspiring a team of sales associates, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage financials, steer sales, wages, and shrinkage targets, and clearly communicate budgets to the team.
  • Stock Optimization: Optimize stock consolidations and propose tailored promotions for our regional clientele.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative duties, stock management, and loss prevention strategies, and coordinate administrative tasks.
  • Performance Counseling: Uphold policies and procedures, and conduct performance counseling when necessary.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain impeccable standards and unlock maximum sales potential.
