Platform Specialist

As a Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our growth by managing and prioritizing day-to-day requests related to our investment management platform.

About the Role
  • Manage and prioritize daily requests related to the Aladdin platform.
  • Closely collaborate with functional leads to understand their requirements.
  • Research and analyze master configurations.
  • Own the permission models that support the optimization of investment management workflows through the platform.
  • Handle change requests to address gaps in platform data and functionalities.

Your contributions will also extend to supporting project activities to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.

About You

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in financial services working on Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, Charles River IMS, Dimension, Factset or related technologies.

Desirable skills include prior experience or training as a system analyst and/or business analyst, excellent organization and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Practical knowledge on PowerBI or advanced use of Office 365 for workflows and data analysis is also highly valuable.
