Job Title: Community Outreach Specialist

About the role:

This part-time role supports members of the Victorian Koori community who are accessing civil justice by providing referrals to relevant services and encouraging preparation activities that help Koori people attend VCAT hearings and achieve justice outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person support and information to Koori community members at VCAT venues
  • Work from home for one day per week, with flexible arrangements possible
  • Use Koori engagement experience to deliver progressive changes and culturally safe spaces at VCAT

  • You have Koori engagement experience and a passion for education and advocacy
