As a skilled nurse specializing in Anesthetics, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing anaesthetic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive patient care and ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including anaesthetists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with patients and their families through empathetic communication and support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
- Two years of experience post-registration in Acute Care is required.
- Current APHRA registration is mandatory.
- A Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one is essential.
- Candidates must be motivated to drive their career in Theatres and possess sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary for success in this role.
- The ability to work independently and within a team is crucial.
