Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate early childhood educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and guiding the planning of an education program that supports a holistic approach to the care and development of children aged from birth to six years old.

  • To develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all children in your care;
  • To work co-operatively with other educators, families and professionals to provide a safe, caring, engaging and stimulating environment for children attending the service;
  • To establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues;
  • To participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge;

Key Requirements:

  • Hold an approved ECEC qualification (Diploma or Graduate Diploma in early Childhood Education and care) or an ACECQA assessed equivalent;
  • Current First Aid qualification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma;
  • Current Working with Children Check;
  • Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework;
  • Passionate about developing positive learning outcomes for children;
  • Experience and confidence with written documentation and planning in relation to children's learning and development;
