Staff Occupational Health Service Manager

This role involves the development and implementation of comprehensive staff occupational health services to ensure quality care for employees.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supervising delivery of high-quality care
- Developing practice standards and implementing recommendations for clinical improvements
- Maintaining a consultation service in occupational health, fitness for work, and pre-employment health assessments
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with expertise in occupational health and safety policies and procedures. They will be able to effectively lead a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
