Senior Delivery Lead

This role leads the delivery of strategic and organisational initiatives within BOQ Group Business Digital Bank ART (Agile Release Train) and supports the Groups digital banking ecosystem (which includes Bank of Queensland, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank).
You will be responsible for orchestrating the successful planning, execution and delivery of business banking and commercial digital transformation across the group. This will be done by leveraging agile methodologies (SAFe preferred), strategic thinking and effective communication to navigate requirements, driving cross-functional teams to success by ensuring objectives are completed within scope, timeline, and budget whilst adhering to the Bank's high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
About YouYou have proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager, leading the delivery of complex projects and programs. Your background in Payment, Business Banking, and Financial services has equipped you with the necessary expertise to navigate these industries effectively. You are well-versed in both Agile methodologies, including SAFe Agile, and to a lesser extent, Waterfall Project Management Methodology.
You possess strong coaching, consultation, and negotiation skills, which enable you to engage and influence both external and internal stakeholders, including senior management. Additionally, you have a solid understanding of budgeting control and various elements of project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
