About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to join our team in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs, with a focus on quality builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with and coordinate all trades/suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to keep them informed about project progress and milestones.
  • Ensure all project deadlines are met by effectively managing timeframes and resources.
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the construction process and address any defects promptly.
  • Solve construction issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.
  • Perform WHS inspections to maintain safe and clean working conditions on construction sites.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously while being part of a close-knit team.

The successful candidate will possess a can-do attitude, be computer savvy, and have a strong client-focused approach, ensuring open lines of communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Package

This is a competitive role offering an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
