About Our Store

We're looking for exceptional leaders who can drive customer experience and team performance in our retail environment. As a Retail Department Leader, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service to our customers, inspiring your team to go above and beyond, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

About The Role
  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Department Leader to join our team in a brand new store opening later this year. If you're passionate about leading teams and driving sales, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  1. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring every interaction is positive, engaging, and memorable. Be proactive in resolving issues and exceed customer expectations.
  2. TEAM LEADERSHIP: Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals. Develop their skills and abilities to ensure they're equipped to succeed in their roles.
  3. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Ensure accurate stock levels, maintain inventory control, and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock management.
  4. VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products in an attractive and safe manner.
  5. COLLABORATION: Work closely with other departments and leaders to achieve overall store success and drive business growth.

  • A strong track record of leadership experience in retail, with a focus on customer experience and team development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
