HWL Ebsworth is a leading Australian law firm that offers exceptional legal advice to its clients across the country. Our Workplace Relations & Safety team is highly regarded for its expertise in employment and safety law, providing a wide range of services to large construction and mining sites.

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our team, who has a demonstrated track record of working within a reputable employment and safety law practice. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in providing advice on employment and safety matters, as well as litigation experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a genuine appetite to assist in growing the practice. They will be part of a team that assists clients in finding solutions to complex workplace relations and safety issues, representing clients in relation to safety/regulatory safety prosecutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, interact with clients, and attend different work sites, gaining valuable industry experience. You will also be mentored by the safety partner of the practice group, Greg McCann.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
