We are looking for a talented Baker to join our bakery team. As a key ingredient in our success, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.

About the role

As a Trade Qualified Baker, you will take pride in contributing to a bakery department that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging. You will have extensive experience in fast-paced bakery environments and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
  • Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
  • Food safety and hygiene knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously. Your knowledge of these aspects is essential to uphold our high standards.
  • Customer obsessed: Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
  • Passion for quality and consistency: You take pride in every loaf that you deliver.
  • Mentorship and Team Support: We are looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
