Leadership Role in English Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to lead our English department.

About the Role
  • Foster a positive and professional learning culture within the department, leading by example.
  • Use student achievement data to drive decision-making, inform planning, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Provide curriculum leadership with deep content knowledge and familiarity with relevant educational frameworks.
  • Oversee the effective functioning of the English department, including assessment and reporting processes, resource management, and staff coordination.

The successful applicant will be a passionate and knowledgeable educator who can lead a dynamic team of teachers in delivering high-quality, inclusive, and future-focused learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of all students.
  2. Mentor and support teachers to enhance their instructional practices and promote professional growth.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality curriculum materials and resources.
  4. Manage and allocate resources to ensure efficient use of budget and maximize student outcomes.
