Job Title: Duty Manager

  • Oversee all lounge services, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Serve as the liaison between Compass Group and clients, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist the Key Account manager with rostering, daily tasks, and stock control, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Display a safety mindset and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
