Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team as a groundskeeper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our facilities and grounds, working independently to maintain high standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair buildings and properties to ensure they remain in good condition.
  • Care for JNC grounds and gardens to create a welcoming environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on company assets to prevent damage or loss.
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team.
  • Develop positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in facilities management, including maintenance, services, and upgrades.
