We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Policy Specialist to join our Quality Assessment and Regulation Division (QARD).

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of Victorian children attending early childhood services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing informed advice on regulatory practices and policy issues
  • Supporting the early childhood legislative reform agenda through sound policy advice and analysis
  • Preparing materials for internal and external audiences, including Cabinet submissions, reports, and presentations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong understanding of legislative processes and policy development
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels

We offer a competitive salary package estimated at $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
