Job Summary

The Head of Learning Diversity is a senior leadership role that requires exceptional educational leadership skills and a commitment to Catholic education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Exemplify leadership in the Learning Diversity Department, inspiring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance participation, access, and engagement in learning for all students.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with staff, parents, and external agencies to support student needs.
  • Professional Development
    • Design and deliver professional learning opportunities for staff to build their capacity in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • School Improvement
    • Maintain an unrelenting focus on learning across the College, working closely with the Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching.
Requirements
  • A commitment to Catholic Education and an understanding of the importance of charism and spiritual tradition in the life of an order-owned Catholic school.
  • Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in a similar context.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
