Reliable Packaging Technician

This role is crucial to ensuring the ongoing efficiency of our packaging assets across the brewery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support to equipment on-site, developing specialist technical skills, and working with the latest robotic and packaging technologies.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and improve machine efficiency, supervise contractors attending the site for equipment maintenance, and champion a safety-first culture across the brewery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine maintenance support to equipment on-site
  • Develop and maintain specialist technical skills in equipment operation and troubleshooting
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to identify and implement improvements
  • Supervise contractors attending the site for equipment maintenance
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility among team members
Requirements:
  • Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working on beverage, packaging, robotics, or processing equipment highly regarded
  • Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Relevant experience within brewing or manufacturing advantageous but not essential
