The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting diagnostic assessments, including Pure Tone Audiometry, Tympanometry, and Auditory Reflex Testing.
  • Providing expert patient care and counseling on hearing health to diverse patient groups.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients while maintaining strong rapport with local healthcare professionals.
  • Staying updated on the latest developments in Audiology and hearing aid technology.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Practitioner status
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Member of an Australian-approved professional body
  • Relevant experience in adult hearing rehabilitation, including conducting hearing assessments, fitting hearing devices, and other Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)
