Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated early childhood educator to join our team.

  1. Deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, ensuring their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  2. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a sense of belonging and community within the centre.
  3. Work collaboratively with the centre team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the National Quality Standards and Goodstart's policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with young children and their families in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
