About the Trainee Educator Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team at an Early Childhood Education Centre. As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in giving children the best possible start to their school journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies and requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to a professional and positive work culture.

What You'll Need:

  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Interest in early years education.
  • A Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to meet immunisation requirements.
